Team, I have to let you know that as of July 1st any person who has not paid their renewals will not be able to use the range facilities. If you haven't paid your membership you are no longer covered by our insurance, so if you do shoot you are doing so as a non member and any damage to yourself or anything else will have to be covered by your own means.

The coaching session for tomorrow afternoon has had to be cancelled due to a family illness.
I've added a FAQ to the bottom of the "about us" menu. I want to cover off some of the many questions newbies and people wanting to learn more about archery ask. So I ask members, particularly you newer members, wha
I have been getting a number of bounce backs, particularly from optusnet accounts indicating the user's mailbox is full. That could be because the in-box itself is full or if your trash file has not been emptied in a long while, same same for your sent items file. Soooooo;
Due to the upcoming State/National Indoor Championships we are changing the Novelty shoot to an indoor event to give people from EAC a bit more practice on the indoor format.
You have until June 30 to pay your membership renewal. If you have not paid this by 30 June at 17:00 you become non financial and are not permitted to shoot until membership is paid. If you do not pay by July 31 you are deemed to be a lapsed member and will have to reapply for membership which includes an application fee as well as a membership fee.
You MUST check the details on the renewal form and make any corrections so that we can update club records. Payment will not be accepted without this form.
For those members who's email addresses are rejecting emails due to full mailboxes you need to delete old emails and empty your spam and trash folders. In the meantime you can download a blank renewal form from >HERE<
You will notice on your renewals which went out last night to people with registered and functional email addresses and those being sent out via snail mail that we now are allowing the payment of shoot fees for a year ahead. The committee is charging for 30 weeks ($150) which will cover you for the entire year. Because of this substantial saving there are no refunds if you can't attend or leave the sport etc etc. This is a voluntary payment at this stage. It's up to you if you want to pay ahead or not for now.
You will now notice I have added a section to our website dedicated to the ANSW State and National indoor championships to be hosted by us at Niagara Park Youth Centre on July 20 and 21, 2013. We can now accept online payments either via the AA hosted electronic payment system or by our own Paypal system (which has lower fees) or you may choose to fill in the paper application and send a cheque to us.
We are going to need as many members as possible to assist with making this tournament a success. Soon we will be asking for people to
