Today CA took out first through third for all ages at the Northern FITA Star event.
Sorry to have to let you all know but my daughters are at a show jumping event this Saturday so can’t be there to run the canteen. I’m afraid you’ll have to look after yourselves this Saturday.
The committee today adopted a Social Media and a Photography Policy. These new policies are viewable from the members area of our website. If you take photos or use social media these policies maybe applicable to you so please familiarise yourself with them. David Robertson will discuss these policies at the next general meeting.Members,
Saturday the 11th February is predicted to be a very hot day on the coast with temperatures hitting 40 degrees and humidity up to 75%. These conditions are such a risk to health the Committee has decided to cancel the scheduled shoot. The range will be open for individual practice only at members own risk. The canteen WON'T be manned so members will have to look after their own needs for lunch. Aged members and parents: Please remember that the very young and the aged are more susceptible to succumbing to a heat related illness so you should think carefully about any outdoor activities when the temperature is above 34 degrees AND humidity is high. If you feel light headed, head achy or disoriented you need to immediately move yourself or your child to a cool environment and take action to cool down. |
